| Message | oh...wow. Brilliant stuff Andrew. People who havent worked with temperamental watercolours will still admire your work but for those who do work with watercolours, like myself, will have an ever greater appreciation of your mastering of the medium. watercolours are all about capturing light and you do it bravissimo! |

| Message | When you watch Andrews' paintings your eye is caught and driven by painters' vision. In front of you he opens gate which takes you to a new dimension where you can feel wind on your face, hear sound of waves, smell sea, hide in shade or walk on the edge of the cliff. All the time you want to go further to explore and find source of light. It feels different on every picture, but you know that this is a same light which Andrew creates only from water and paint. He adds a dash of magic spreads it on paper creating whirlpools of light and colours. We have one of his paintings "L-Ahrax, Mellieha". It keeps the memories of ours 6 years in Malta, its light, sea and all the friends we made there. |
